Hello. My name is Warangkana Hemsugon. People call me Gwang or Ronnie. I am a Thai translator with over 10 years of direct experience in publishing and translation.

I worked as a book editor in a leading publishing house in Thailand for over 4 years and as a legal translator for the leading international law firm Baker McKenzie for three years. On top of that, I have been the language consultant for the UN agencies for three years.

Me and my team prioritize quality and language objectives above all else. We do not mindlessly translate one language to another because we believe that the success of a business relies on effective communication and that a good translation can add value.

Semantic equivalence is important in translation. I make sure to minimize any meaning unit that is "lost in translation."

I am always aware of the cultural differences between the communicator and the target audience. In certain cases, I adjust the translation so that it does not cause awkward or embarrassing cultural mistakes in the eye of the target audience.
